Scheduling an appointment allows you to:
- Choose a time that provides you with the most freedom
- Inform us in advance about your needs so that we can prepare accordingly.
- Ensure that there is a representative available to assist you and answer your questions.
- Received scheduled reminder of your appointment and list of required documentation so we can expedite your request/
- Option to reschedule and cancel your appointment in case you can no longer attend.
How It Works
Scheduling an E-Appointment is easy!- Click the E-appointment button on this page or the icon on the main header or within the respective services.
- Choose the service you wish to apply for.
- Choose a date and time from the available slots.
- After making the desired choice, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant information.
- A reminder email will be sent within 24 hours to you containing the list of documentation required for the appointment.
- Your Appointment: upon arrival, use our ticketing system in your email, to acknowledge your appointment (click Check-in!)
