How to submit a Travel Notice

Debit Card countries that require NO Travel Notice
Submit your travel plans using the Orco Bank Online free of charge:
- Once logged in, click on "Services" from the main menu/ blue upper balk.
- Select "Submit Travel Notice" from the options.
- Complete the form by filling in the requested information.
- Click "Submit".
- You are now ready for your trip!
Submit your travel plans using Orco Bank App free of charge:
- Once logged in to the Orco Bank App, go to the menu options
- Select "Travel Notice" from the menu options.
- Complete the form by filling in the requested information.
- Click "Send request"
- Submit a Travel Notice per card
- You are now ready for your trip.
Requests received online or via the app are processed automatically. Your access is valid as of midnight on the starting date and will be blocked at midnight on the expiration date.
If you do not have access to the Orco Bank Online or Orco Bank App (click here to submit your response), please submit a request to activate your cards, by visiting one of our branches during business hours. Please note, charges apply for this service. Click here for more information.
Requests received before 3:00 PM local time during business hours will be processed on the same day. Requests received after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
The following countries do not require a Travel Notice:
- Aruba
- Belgium
- Bonaire
- Brazil
- Colombia
- Curacao
- France
- Germany
- St. Maarten
- St. Eustatius
- Saba
- Switzerland
- Netherlands
- USA
