About Digital (Paperless) Interest and Insurance Tax Letter
We are excited to announce new features designed to simplify your banking experience while supporting environmentally friendly practices. Orco Bank Online now offers Personal and Business banking account holders the option to download their Interest Tax Letters digitally (paperless) and free of charge.
Request Interest Letter of previous year(s) for tax filing purposes
For your convenience, you can now download the Interest Letter for previous years for your Tax Filing Purposes ("Aangiftebiljet").
Simply follow the steps to access your Interest Letters via Orco Bank Online. For instructions, follow the steps as shown in the Tutorial Video.

Note: Please remember to download the correct form, and notice for which year you are requesting the Interest Letter.
Request Interest Letter of the current year, for tax reduction purposes
For your convenience, you can now download the Interest Letter for the current year for Tax Reduction Purposes ("Loonbelastingvermindering").
Simply follow the steps to access your Interest Letters via Orco Bank Online. For instructions, follow the steps as shown in the Tutorial Video.
Note: Please remember to download the correct form, and notice for which year you are requesting the Interest Letter.
Insurance Tax Letter
For your convenience, you can now also request the Insurance Tax Letter, referring to insurance costs that are tax deductible.
Note: In your request, please include your first name, last name, your contact email/ mobile number, and your Insurance product.

How to request
- Interest Letter of previous years. This is for e.g. “Aangiftebiljet”
- Interest Letter current year. This is for “Loonbelastingvermindering”
After we have received your request for an Insurance Tax Letter, the following will happen:
- Your request will be processed by one of our Representatives.
- You can expect to receive an email within 1 business day.
To download your digital (paperless) version of your Tax Letter, simply follow the steps:
- Personal or Business customers can find and download Interest Tax Letters online—free of charge
- Log in to Orco Bank Online and click on the folder icon in the top right corner
- From the options, select 'Interest Letters
- You will see an overview of all your Interest Letters, including Estimated Interest Letters and Paid Interest Letters
- Click on one of the documents to open it as a PDF
- You can now view, save, or print the PDF for your records
To request the digital (paperless) version of your Insurance Tax Letter, click on the "Request" button, and include the following details in your request:
- Your name and last name
- Your account number (first 6 digits of your account) / or Policy number (if the request is for Insurance)
- Your email address
- Also, indicate the year(e.g. 2023) of interest letter
By downloading or requesting the digital (paperless) version of your Interest Letter and/or Insurance Tax Letter, you will not only be contributing to the environment by reducing paper usage but also enjoy the convenience of having your account information delivered directly to your inbox.
As a responsible corporate citizen, we promote a paperless environment, however, upon your request, we can provide you with a printed copy of your Interest Letter and/or Insurance Tax Letter, at a cost of ANG 25.00 (Cur & SXM) - or USD 15.00 (Bon), for each additional copy.
