2. Do I Need a Sentoo Account?
   No, you don't need a Sentoo account, you need access to your Orco Bank Online or Orco Bank App to validate the payments using your PIN. Simply use your Online Banking credentials through the Orco Bank App or Orco Bank Online, to start making Sentoo payments. You also have the option to approve payments using Biometrics (Face of Finger ID), if you have enabled the option in your Orco Bank App. 
   
   
3. How to Make an Online Sentoo Payment:
   
   Step 1: Shop at your store of choice, and select the desired product or service.
   Step 2: Choose to pay via Sentoo at checkout.
   Step 3: Select your bank on the Sentoo portal.
   Step 4: Complete the payment in your Orco Bank Online or Orco Bank App. 
   Step 5: Confirm the payment and return to the online store or Sentoo portal.
   
   
   
4. How to make a Sentoo Payment from an invoice with a QR code:
   Scan the QR code on a paper invoice using your mobile device's camera. Follow the prompts to complete the payment through the Sentoo portal via your Mobile Banking app or Online banking website.
