- Disposable Bags: With the yearly agreement, customers will automatically receive 50 disposable deposit bags, providing flexibility to suit your depositing requirements.
- Numbered Bags: Every bag is uniquely numbered and assigned to your company, ensuring accurate and secure deposits.
- Charges: When you need additional bags, these will be available for purchase at XCG 50.00 for 50 bags. Note that these will be exclusively linked to the purchasing customer and cannot be interchanged.
- Quick turn-around: Orco Bank customers can easily drop off the disposable bags at the night depository and view their updated balance through online banking once the transaction has been processed.

- What is the update to the Depository Bags service?
Orco Bank in its effort to provide its corporate clients with an even faster overall deposit bag service, we are replacing our current reusable bags with disposable bags. Moving forward each client will receive 50 disposable bags with your yearly agreement, which enables you to use them at your convenience. All disposable bags are exclusively linked to a customer and their corresponding account. Therefore, it is not allowed to interchange or give away bags to another company.
- How can I request new bags?
When customers need new bags, these can be easily requested for through one of the following emails, and will be readily available for pick up within two (2) business day at the reception area of Orco Bank: For Curaçao: Cash.services@orcobank.com For Sint Maarten: Cash.servicesSXM@orcobank.com
- What are the charges for using the deposit system of Orco Bank?
Customers will be charged a monthly fee of XCG 10.00 (only for CUR). With this contract, new or renewed, customers will receive a total of 50 deposit bags. For additional bags, Orco Bank will be selling these in increments of 50 bags to a total value of XCG 50.00. Once requested via email, these will be available for pick up within two (2) business day.
- Do I need to sign a service agreement for the deposit bags?
Yes, a Depository Bags Service Application Form must be completed for the Deposit Bags service.
- How can I apply for the Orco Bank Depository Bag Service?
1. Complete a Depository Bags Service Application Form.
2. Email the completed form to Cash.Services@orcobank.com for Curaçao, or Cash.ServicesSXM@orcobank.com for Sint Maarten. 2. Include "Apply for Deposit Bags" in the subject of your email.
3. Mention your company's Name and Current Account Number in your email. One of our bank representatives will contact you within two (2) business days. Note: For Prospect / New customers, start by applying for a business current account with Orco Bank by clicking here or by sending an e-mail to info@orcobank.com. After opening your Orco Bank account, you can proceed with the above-mentioned steps.
- How can I request Additional Disposable Bags?
1. Send an email to Cash.Services@orcobank.com for Curaçao, or Cash.ServicesSXM@orcobank.com for Sint Maarten.
2. Include "Additional Bags" in the subject of your email.
3. Mention the Name and Current Account Number of your company in your email. 4. Mention the required Number of bags. (Example: 50, 100, or 150 bags. Increments of 50 pieces) These will be readily available for pick up within two (2) business days at the reception area of Orco Bank.
- How soon will my money be deposited into my account?
Deposit bag(s) received during business hours will be processed and deposited within two (2) business days.
- Where is the money depository located?
The depository in Curaçao is currently located at Saliña Galleries, and the depository in Sint Maarten is currently located at the Branch.
- Which branch currently provides this service?
Now only Orco Bank Curaçao and Sint Maarten has this service. We are working diligently on expanding our services.
- What are the key features of the service for customers?
With the introduction of disposable bags at Orco Bank, customers will be able to have a more seamless deposit experience. Customers will receive 50 disposable bags with their contract to facilitate their depositing needs. Clients will no longer be required to return to the bank to pick up their bags.

- How can I apply for the Depository Bags service? New customers can apply for the Depository Bags service by completing a Depository Bags Service Application Form, and sending the completed form to Cash.Services@orcobank.com for Curaçao, or Cash.ServicesSXM@orcobank.com for Sint Maarten.
